The government has taken the initiative to build an ICT office in every upazila parishad in the  district of the country and started to give its real form. Similarly, the construction of the IT building in 9 th upazilas including Rajshahi Zilla Parishad suddenly stopped. Under the supervision of the upazila administration, the Upazila LGED  is mainly working on building constructions. of Charghat Upazila of is visible in Raj  Although the majority of the ICT buildinshahi but other ICT building onstruction work of remaining  eight upazilas has no progress. 

 

A huge amount of crore taka has no proper outstanding. Everyone is avoiding their responsibility in the office to office.

The anti -discrimination student movement capitalized on the construction of the ICT building in 9 th upazilas of district on August 5,. Charghat, Bagha, Puthiya,Durgapur, Baghamara, Tanar, Mohanpur, Godagari and Paba Upazila LGD engineers say that since the student movement, all the work has been stalled. Price rise, the contractor has left work. Everys that if the next budget is received,
the construction work will begin again.According to the Upazila Engineer Office of the district, the money has been allocated 1corer 68 lakh 44 thousand and 349.56 taka. However, the contract price is Tk  1 corer 41 lakh 39 thousand and 941.306 . Durgapur Upazila engineer Masuk-e-Mohammad said work was supposed to be completed on February 20 last year and work on November 11. Already given twice extra time, the work has no progress. The demand for time has been sent again. The real picture of the construction of the ICT offices in other upazilas is the same. However, Charghat Upazila Engineer Ratan Majumder said the building would be evacuated to the ICT  office within a short time.

Many local citizens said in this regard, there are 4 storey buildings in each upazila.Only one floor is being constructed for the ICT. That allocation there is correct. But the government does not want to be finished. It is not possible to get a beautiful country if it does not reduce the amount of corruption from every department. The disadvantages are not getting any benefit from the Information
and Communication Technology Department (ICT). ICT officials and employees are not in any work. They are spending their own lazy time. Where is their job to improve the quality of service of the locals at that time? Such is the question of the
disadvantaged.District ICT Officer Engineer Mahmuduzzaman said that he was not under the control of the construction of ICT buildings at the upazila level. The meaning is that the Dhaka ICT office is overseeing. At every upazila level, UNO and LGED
buildings are looking after the construction of buildings. Their office in the activities of the Department of Information and Communication Technology is still in their office. The Information and Communication Technology Department is working as per the demand for services to various government offices in the district.Accordingly, the executive officers of different upazilas reported that they were
constantly overseeing the building. But the speed of work is not satisfactory.However, measures will be taken to construct ICT buildings quickly. Project Director (Joint Secretary) of the Department of Information and Communication Technology Tanjila Islam said the construction of the Upazila ICT building should not be stagnant. Already a team ICT is investigating all the issues. Necessary measures will be taken after seeing the construction of ICT buildings in practical.
