Shahinur Kabir selected best Circle Officer of Dhaka District for 2nd consecutive time

Additional Police Superintendent (Savar Circle) Md. Shahinur Kabir has been awarded the title of Best Circle Officer of Dhaka District for the second consecutive time in recognition of his significant contributions to maintaining law and order.
The honor was conferred during the monthly welfare, administrative, and crime review meeting held on Wednesday morning at the conference room of Dhaka District Police Lines (Mill Barrack).
Superintendent of Police for Dhaka District, Md. Anisuzzaman, presented the award to Shahinur Kabir in recognition of his outstanding performance.
According to sources from Dhaka District Police, the selection was based on a comprehensive evaluation of various achievements in February and March across the three police stations under Savar Circle—Savar, Ashulia, and Dhamrai. These achievements include maintaining law and order, crime prevention, arresting criminals, efficient case management, judicial support, ensuring road discipline and VIP security protocols, gathering intelligence, and implementing preventive measures.
In response to the recognition, Additional Police Superintendent Md. Shahinur Kabir said , receiving awards is not the most important thing. What truly matters is the quality of service I have been able to deliver to the public. He also called for everyone’s sincere cooperation in supporting the police to maintain law and order within the Savar Circle.
