Husband of female BNP leader arrested with Ganja in Lalmonirhat

The husband of a Jatiyatabadi Mohila Dal leader was arrested with ganja in Lalmonirhat on Monday.
According to police and locals, the husband of Mohila Dal secretary of Boro Bari Union in Lalmonirhat Sadar Upazila, Shefali Begum’s husband Khalil Mia (55), was arrested with ganja from Boro Bari Bazaar by Lalmonirhat Sadar Thana police.
OC of Lalmonirhat Sadar Thana Md. Nur Nabi said Khalil Mia was arrested with ganja on Monday evening. Later, he was sent to court under the relevant section, where the court denied bail and sent him to jail custody.
