Gobindaganj Govt High School SSC 80th batch Eid reunion held

The SSC 80th batch Eid reunion of Gobindaganj Government High School in Gaibandha was held with various programs throughout the day. It was held at the Science Building premises of
Gobindaganj Government High School at 11 am on  Friday. 
 
The chief guest was the school's headmaster (acting) Mokarram Hossain Rana and the special guests were the school  former assistant teacher Kazi Golam Quader BSc, former assistant teacher Nakul Chandra Roy.

The reunion meeting was chaired by Firoz Kabir, an alumnus of the 80th batch of the school and retired customs officer, and moderated by former student lecturer Deepak Kumar Kar. Dr. Suja Ud Ddaula, a meritorious student of the 80th batch, pediatrician and former principal of Nilphamari Medical College, delivered the welcome speech.
 
 In addition, commemorative speeches were delivered by former headmaster Shahinul Islam Chhaku, former teacher Mostafizur Rahman, former associate professor Rahenul Haque Sarkar, eminent journalist Shameem Reza Dafrul, eminent cultural activist Abul Kalam Azad and President of the Rajmati Super Market Business Owners Association Abu Bakkar Siddique. 

At the beginning of the program, the former students welcomed the chief and special guests by laying wreaths. Then a 1-minute silence was observed in memory of the deceased students of this batch. In addition, artists performed music in the introduction program and crest distribution program throughout the day at the Eid reunion program. At the end, prizes were awarded to the winners through a raffle draw.
