Give us some time, we will transform generation together : State Minister for Religious

State Minister for Religious Affairs Mohammad Shamim Kaiser has stated that with a little time, the nation will collectively transform the younger generation, affirming that the July Charter will be implemented letter for letter, Inshallah.
He made these remarks while addressing the audience as the chief guest at a discussion meeting on the life and works of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SA.) held on the occasion of Holy Eid-e-Miladunnabi (SA.) 2026 at the North South University auditorium in Bashundhara, Dhaka, on Thursday afternoon.
The State Minister further noted that excellence was the defining characteristic of the Prophet's (Sa.) life, urging everyone to strive for excellence across all spheres to achieve ultimate success.
Quoting from the Holy Quran, he remarked that the character of the Messenger of Allah (SA.) embodies the finest example and that Allah SWT sent the Prophet (SA.) as a mercy for the entire universe. He earnestly called upon everyone to sincerely follow and implement the path and methods shown by the Prophet (Sa.) and to steer clear of everything prohibited by him.
Presided over by North South University Vice-Chancellor Prof Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, the event featured NSU Board of Trustees member and former Chairman Benzir Ahmed as the special guest, while Dr. Ziaul Haq Adnan, Chairman of the NSU Department of Management, delivered the keynote address.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Abdul Hannan Chowdhury stated that Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SA) was a selfless and humanitarian person whose life demonstrates how an individual can dedicate themselves not just to the welfare of a single nation, but to the betterment of all humanity.
Keynote speaker Dr. Ziaul Haq Adnan highlighted five vital lessons from the life of the Prophet, emphasizing that his life imparts teachings of patience, humanity, and supreme moral character.
The program also included a speech by NSU Pro-Vice-Chancellor Professor Nesar U. Ahmed. The event featured recitation from the Holy Quran, Hamd-Naat performances, and the screening of a documentary. It concluded with a special doa conducted by M. M. Nawaz Amin, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management.
