Distribution of winter clothes under the initiative of Kamalganj Press Club

Winter clothes (blankets) have been distributed among poor and helpless people under the initiative of Kamalganj Press Club of Moulvibazar.
Kamalganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer Joynal Abedin distributed winter clothes as the chief guest at the Kamalganj Press Club auditorium on Monday (December 30) at 3 pm.
Kamalganj Press Club convener M. A. Waheed Rulu in the event under the chairmanship and moderated by Shabbir Elahi, former vice-president of the press club.
Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) DM Sadiq Al Shafin, Upazila Project Implementation Officer Plaban Paul and prominent businessman Anhar Ali were present as special guests.
Ahmeduzzaman Alam, member secretary of the press club, gave a welcome speech. Among others, Kamalkuri secretary Pintu Debnath, former general secretary of the press club, Md. Mostafizur Rahman, Journalist Nirmal S. Palash, Md. Jalal Uddin, Salahuddin Shubo and Ashraf Siddiqui Parvez.
In the event, winter clothes were distributed among 150 people under the initiative of press club.
