
Discussion meeting held on expanding Girls' Guide in govt primary schools in Gopalganj

A district-level meeting was held in Gopalganj to expand Girls' Guide in government primary schools in the 2024-25 fiscal year.
The meeting was organized by the Bangladesh Girls Guide Association, Gopalganj District Branch, at the Deputy Commissioner's Conference room at 3:30 pm on Sunday.
The meeting was attended by the chief guest, Gopalganj Deputy Commissioner and District Girls Guide President Muhammad Kamruzzaman. The special guest was District Primary Education Officer Md. Jyotsna Khatun. The meeting was presided over by Nasima Khanam, District Commissioner and Commissioner of the Bangladesh Girls Guide Association, Gopalganj District Branch.
Speakers at the meeting said that the Girls Guide program plays a helpful role in building leadership, discipline and morality among students. Emphasis was placed on expanding this program more widely in primary schools.
Principals of various schools, Girls Guide leaders, and concerned officials were present at the exchange of views meeting.
