Despite very busy, Minister Dr. Zahid Hossain take care patients in his constituency

Correspondent: Despite being busy with political and government programs, Social Welfare and Women and Children Affairs Minister Professor Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain has provided medical services to the helpless and sick people of his area as a doctor. Even on holidays, he continues to provide direct medical services to patients from his home in Motihara village of Nawabganj upazila of Dinajpur district.
After participating in various government and political programs from morning till night on Friday and Saturday, he is regularly taking out time to provide medical services to patients despite his busy schedule. Such an exceptional and humanitarian initiative by a full-fledged minister has created a huge positive response and festive atmosphere among the local common people.
According to local sources, Minister Zahid Hossain, despite his state duties, is maintaining close contact with the people of his area. Patients and their relatives who have come for treatment have expressed their utmost satisfaction with his humane behavior.
In this regard, Rafiqul Islam, a local resident of Nawabganj, said, "Despite being so busy and responsible, the minister has not forgotten the people of the village. His standing by the sick patients in this way shows his unique humanity."
Sohag Mia, a resident of Hakimpur area, said, "It is a matter of great joy and pride for us to have him so close to the joys and sorrows of the people of the area."
Regarding the provision of medical services and his humanitarian role, Minister for Social Welfare and Women and Children Affairs Professor Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain said, "The BNP government is a government of the general people. Along with the overall development of the country, the current government is 100% committed to ensuring healthcare for the helpless people. I am first and foremost a professional doctor. So, after government and political programs, I try to be by the side of the sick people in my area as much as I get time."
He further said, "As an elected representative of the people, it is my utmost responsibility to serve the people. I am working with the aim of ensuring the government's medical services. My main expectation is that the common people should get the right medical services at the right time when they need them."
The local people hope that the minister's love for the people of his area and direct provision of healthcare will continue in the future, in addition to fulfilling his duties in important state positions.
