Staff Correspondent
Joint General Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League and Awami League nominated candidate for Dhaka 8 seat, agriculturist AFM Bahauddin Nashim said, BNP Jamaat is an anthropomorphic fire terrorist.
They are invisible monsters. If you cannot defeat them, they will destroy the country. They want to destroy our communal harmony. They have taken a stand against 16 crore people of the country. Come to the polls on January 7 to defeat them.
He said this at an election rally at Siddheshwari playground on Wednesday evening.
He said, BNP-Jamaat is an evil force. They have made our life miserable in the name of spoiling the elections. We don't want any more authoritarian, undemocratic governments. To protect Bangladesh from those who want to do politics of destruction, loot and backwardness, everyone must come to the polling station. Cast your valuable vote for a healthy, beautiful poll.
He also said, people do not support the so-called movement of those who have dictatorship, communal power, who do not know how to respect people, who cannot awaken the conscience of the people of the country. Can't stand for lies and dishonesty. The victory of truth is inevitable.
Nashim said, Bangabandhu's daughter Deshratna Sheikh Hasina has changed and transformed Bangladesh in the last 15 years. He did it because of his courage. He overcame all obstacles through his determination and integrity. He showed the people of the country a dream and fulfilled it with a plan to fulfill it. Bangabandhu's daughter should be re-elected with our support. We have to vote him based on his thinking, consciousness, integrity skills. He is our lighthouse.
He said, Awami League wants a smart Bangladesh under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina. To build a smart Bangladesh by 2041, we all have to work together for the development of the country. The country cannot run with corrupt people. We will not give them any discount. We have to protect the country from them. InshAllah we have kept our promises in the past and will keep them in the future.
Addressing all those present, he said, the expectation of all of you is to eliminate some of the problems in this area. There are many educational institutions in this area. So that the educational environment is healthy in this educational institution, so that corruption-free education is developed, so that there is no extortion, racketeers and terrorist activities in the area, if I am elected, I will form a social movement with you. We will not allow anyone to play with the lives of future generations.
