The 46th founding anniversary of Chhatra Dal was celebrated in Pabna with a colorful procession. On this occasion, a huge procession was taken out on Wednesday morning under the leadership of former general secretary of Pabna Municipality Chhatra Dal Rejoan Hossain Hridoy with various banners and placards.

Several processions from various places including Mujahid Club and Government Edward College came together in front of Latif Tower in the city and formed a huge procession. The procession circled A. Hamid Road in the city and gathered at the district BNP office in Gopalpur Lahiri Para. At this time, district BNP convener Habibur Rahman Habib, member secretary Masud Khandaker and former organizing secretary Mahmudannabi Swapan, along with top leaders of the district, delivered greetings. In addition, several student leaders, including former general secretary of the district Chhatra Dal, Taslim Hasan Khan Sweet, delivered speeches. Student leaders Alamin Pappu, Atiqur Rahman Mithu, Shamim Hossain Hridoy and Asadullah Al Ghalib, and numerous other student leaders were present at the time.

In their speeches, the student leaders called for the formation of a Chhatra Dal committee with qualified and dedicated leaders and activists. They said that when the Awami fascist government was misgoverning the country, no one was found in the party program. However, now opportunists are busy expanding their dominance everywhere. The student leaders called for the evaluation of the dedicated people and their appointment to worthy positions, being aware of them.

After the speeches, all the processions of the student leaders were brought together and a coordinated procession was taken out with the top leaders of the district.
