
Business development meeting of Karmasangsthan Bank held in Bandarban

With the slogan "Committed to Improved Customer Service", a business development meeting was held in Bandarban at the initiative of the Karmasangsthan Bank.
Organized by Karmasangsthan Bank Regional Office, Cox's Bazar, the meeting was held on Friday morning at the Bandarban Tourism Motel conference room.
Presided over by Md. Momtaz Uddin, Deputy General Manager of the Bank, Chattogram Divisional Office, the chief guest of the meeting was Dr. A.F.M. Matiur Rahman, Chairman of the Bank Board of Directors.
Amirul Islam, General Manager of the Audit Division of Employment Bank, Mohammad Kamrul Anwar Chowdhury, Regional Manager of Cox's Bazar Regional Office, Mujtaba Ali Hossain, Regional Manager of Chattogram, and Zane Alam, Manager of Bandarban Branch, along with 64 officials from 16 branches of the two regional offices of Chattogram and Cox's Bazar were present among others.
In the discussion meeting, the speakers stated that compared to other regions of the country, the Chattogram—Cox's Bazar regions are significantly behind in conducting loan operations. Considering the current situation, the speakers urged everyone to work unitedly to prevent loan default for the sake of the bank's interests and the sovereignty of the country.
Topics discussed at the time included loan recovery progress against receivable loans, defaulted and classified loans, recovery of written-off loans, loan distribution, loan recovery progress, recovery of suspended interest, deposit growth, and profit progress.
