BNP's mass procession in Betagi on Mass Uprising Day

Marking July Mass Uprising Day-2026 with the theme "Building the country with the spirit of July—Bangladesh first," the BNP and its affiliated organizations organized a mass procession in Betagi, Barguna, on Wednesday.
The procession set off from in front of the party office at noon, organized jointly by the upazila and pourashava units of the BNP. It paraded through the main thoroughfares of the municipal town before concluding.
Led by Betagi Upazila BNP former President Shahjahan Kabir, the procession was attended by Upazila BNP former General Secretary Jalilur Rahman Khan Manna and Upazila BNP former Joint Secretary S.M. Nurul Islam Panna, alongside various leaders and activists of the party and its front organizations.
Speaking during the programme, Upazila BNP former Joint Secretary S.M. Nurul Islam Panna remarked that the spirit of the July mass uprising inspires the strengthening of democracy, justice, and human values. He urged the youth to play a positive role in nation-building and called upon everyone to remain vigilant in safeguarding the country's peace, order, and security.
