BJSA forms human chain to protest Chhatra Dal attack on RU journalists

The Barishal University Journalists Association (BJSA) has formed a human chain to protest the attacks on journalists by Chhatra Dal while gathering news at Rajshahi University (RU), including across the country (DU, JUB, Titumir College, BOB) and to demand the maximum punishment for the perpetrators.
The human chain was held at Gate No. 3 of the university on Tuesday noon. Speakers at the human chain condemned and protested the attack on journalists and demanded the highest justice.
The human chain, moderated by Abdullah Al Mamun, a member of the Journalists Association, was addressed by BBSAS member Ashiqul Islam, office secretary Tamjid Hossain Majumder, vice president Mehrab Hossain and president Rabiul Islam.
In the human chain, BJSA President Md. Rabiul Islam said, "We strongly condemn and protest the way the ruling party's student organization is attacking journalists on various campuses and suppressing their voices. At the same time, no exemplary action has been taken despite the attacks on journalists on various campuses, which is giving the ruling party's student organization the courage to attack journalists.
BJSA Vice President Mehrab Hossain said, "When you could not carry out any activities on campuses in the last 17 years, campus journalists helped you. So, be restrained." He also condemned and protested the attacks on journalists on various campuses across the country and demanded fair justice.
