Biennial council of Ganeshpur Union BNP held in Manda

The biennial council 2025 of the Ganeshpur Union unit of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) under Manda upazila was held on Thursday.
The event took place in the afternoon at the Satihaat K.D. High School field, with Shamsul Alam Badol, a member of the Upazila Convening Committee, presiding over the session.
Naogaon District BNP Convenor Abu Bakkar Siddique (Nannu) attended the council as the chief guest and delivered his speech. Bayezid Hossain Palash, member secretary of the district BNP, was present as the keynote speaker.
Special guests included Naogaon District Jubo Dal Senior Convenor Rowshun Alam, District Swechchhasebak Dal’s Manim Mia, Upazila BNP Convenor Chairman Shafiqul Islam Babul Chowdhury, Joint Convenors Tofazzal Hossain Tuku, Nazmul Haque Nazu, Mozammel Haque Mukul, former president Mokhlesur Rahman Moke, former general secretary Dr Ikramul Bari Tipu, and former organizing secretary Belal Hossain Khan.
Also present were Chairman Nowfel Ali Mondol, Chairman Abdul Matin, and leaders from BNP, Jubo Dal, Chhatra Dal, Krishak Dal, Sramik Dal, and Jatiyatabadi Mohila Dal.
At the end of the council, a 71-member biennial committee was announced, with Md Shahidul Islam Chowdhury elected as president, Nazim Uddin Mollha as general secretary, and Mehedi Hasan Mithu as organizing secretary.
