Barguna DC inspects Akhrabari Durga Puja Mandap

Barguna Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Nazneen Akter visited the Akhrabari Sree Sree Durga Puja Mandap in Barguna town.
During her visit on Tuesday, the Deputy Commissioner inspected security arrangements and urged all citizens to maintain communal harmony and uphold law and order, emphasizing that Durga Puja is a universal festival shared across communities.
During her time at the venue, the Deputy Commissioner enjoyed cultural performances by local artists and held a consultative meeting with local political leaders and puja celebration committee representatives.
Barguna District BNP Convenor and Zilla Parishad Administrator Nazrul Islam Molla, Additional District Commissioner (General) Animesh Biswas, Water Development Board Executive Engineer, and NSI Barguna Joint Director Amit Barua were present alongside other district officials and community leaders during the inspection.
