Awareness meeting on Mammal Conservation in Padma Bridge adjacent areas

An awareness meeting on mammal conservation in the areas surrounding the Padma Bridge was held at Kumarbhog Padma Bridge Government Primary School, located on the Mawa end of Munshiganj. The meeting took place on Wednesday morning.
With the theme "Listen sisters, listen brothers, a healthy wetland is impossible without the fishing cat," the event was organized by the Wildlife Research Laboratory, Department of Zoology at Dhaka University, in collaboration with the Wildlife Management and Nature Conservation Division, Dhaka. The program aimed to raise awareness among students of grades 3, 4, and 5, fostering family and community engagement on mammal conservation in the region.Keynote speakers included:
