Army personnel in field to point of desertion : 'Dhak' will be played in 214 mandaps in N'ganj

'Dhak' music will play from October 9 in Narayanganj, a city of communal harmony .
A Mandap has grown in Siddhirganj. With this, autumn Durga Puja is going to be held in 214 mandapams in Narayanganj district. Among them, 41 mandaps will be held in Narayanganj Sadar police station, 31 in Fatulla, 8 in Siddhirganj, 25 in Bandar, 36 in Sonargaon, 32 in Araihazaar and 40 in Rupganj.
Puja arrangements are completed across the district. Narayanganj district administration and overall security has taken huge preparations. Narayanganj Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Mahmudul Haque said that along with the RAB police, the army is also in charge of security.
This time, for the electricity bill of each mandap, 10,000 taka was allocated from the district council, 500 kg of rice from the district administration and 4,500 taka per mandap was allocated by Tarek Rahman of BNP. The mood of Durgotsava is prevailing in the city. Shopping in the market has started. There is a feeling of joy in the community of Sanatan Dharmalambi. Extensive preparations are underway to welcome Goddess Durga. Sanatan religious people start the celebration of Sharadiya Durgotsava from Mahalaya. Then Durga Puja will continue from October 8 Mahapanchami to October 12 Dasami. On the tenth day itself, Durgotsava will end with the playing of vermilion and sacrifice. In the big festival of Sanatan Dharmlambi, communal harmony will develop in the city. The old boy will dance happily to the beat of the dhaka. Administration is vigilant about flawless security.
Durgotsava ceremony started from Mahalaya in total 214 mandapas of the district. However, the police administration has identified 60 mandaps in the district as dangerous. District Superintendent of Police Pratyush Kumar Majumdar has assured strict security arrangements in the mandaps of Jhukipurna, said that this time the Sharidiya Durgotsava will be celebrated with strict security. This time 3 policemen will be kept in a mandap. There are 214 puja mandaps in Narayanganj, 60 of them have been identified as endangered. Security will be tighter in risky mandap. From Mahalaya to Pratima Bisarjan, Police, Ansar, Striking Force, Angarif Ansar, RAB, BGB, Coast Guard and Army personnel will be providing security.

Prominent businessman and adviser of Narayanganj district puja celebration council Prabir Kumar Saha said, Narayanganj is a city of communal harmony. After the fall of the government on August 5, we were afraid of what was going to happen. I visited various temples and places of worship in Narayanganj on the 6th and saw that BNP and other political parties were guarding them. Then we are convinced.

It is to be noted that on September 26, in a preparatory meeting on the occasion of autumn Durga Puja, the new Superintendent of Police Pratyush Kumar Majumder drew the attention of Sanatan Dharm followers on three issues. 1. DJ playing at high volume 2. Drinking alcohol and dancing in front of the mother 3. One cannot jump into the river with Pratima without knowing how to swim.
