Anti-drug rally in Sariakandi Kajla village

Anti-narcotics awareness rally and bandh were held in Sariakandi Upazila Qutubpur Union Kajla village keeping in mind the slogans "No Drugs, Jeevan Chai" and "Drug Free Samaj Gari".
On Friday , the rally started from the ground of Newakazla Government Primary School and circled the various roads of the village. Later, the benchmarking and discussion meeting was held at the same place. All the villagers of Kajla village organized this program under the theme "Safe and Improved Kajla Village Gari" and "Safe Bangladesh Gari". Kajala Ward BNP General Secretary Shahidul Islam, Manabseba Bhumukhi Cooperative Samity Ltd. spoke. Its directors Mottalib Hossain, Alamgir Hossain, Ruhul Amin Saju, Ahsan Habib Master, Rezaul Karim Mosta, lifelong member of Shaheed Ziaur Medical College Hospital, Deputy: Army Sergeant Zahurul Islam, Zainul Abedin Master, Masood Rana, Rezaul Mondal, Tabibur Rahman and Shahjahan Ali Mondal.
Speakers said, to build a healthy family, an educated society and a bright future, we must say no to drugs. Drugs destroy not only individuals but entire families and societies. So the message of "be aware, be aware" and "cooperate, change society" should be spread among all. Speakers on the occasion also said that everyone should come forward and cooperate. They emphasized on involving the youth in sports, education and cultural activities by pledging to build a beautiful Kajla village..
