Ansar-VDP members repair hazardous road in Nilphamari thru' voluntary labour

Voluntary service members of Bangladesh Ansar and VDP repaired two severely damaged sections of a public road in Ranachandi Union under Kishoreganj Upazila of Nilphamari, restoring safe movement and easing public suffering.
The repair initiative was conducted on Tuesday morning, on a paved road in Kisamat Bircharan village of Ranachandi Union. Union Ansar Platoon Commander Md. Hasan Ali led local Ansar and VDP personnel in the voluntary roadwork, with operational cooperation provided by the Ranachandi Union Parishad.
The two damaged sections of the village road had long been in a state of disrepair, posing severe accident risks for vehicles and daily commuters. Following the repair work, regular vehicular and pedestrian movement resumed smoothly.
Kishoreganj Upazila Ansar and VDP Officer Girish Chandra Roy was present during the drive to supervise and assist the team.
Local residents lauded the voluntary initiative, expressing gratitude to the Ansar-VDP personnel for stepping forward to resolve local infrastructure hazards and community distress.
