Embodied members of the Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defence Party (VDP) demonstrated extraordinary humanitarian service across three separate incidents at Dhaka Metro Rail stations on Tuesday, assisting an incapacitated mother and safely reuniting two lost children with their families.

The first incident occurred outside the Secretariat Metro Rail Station on Tuesday morning, when Papiya Begum—who had undergone a Caesarean section surgery six days prior—fainted due to severe anemia. Observing the sudden emergency, Assistant Section Commander (APC) Md. Shafiqul Islam stepped forward to care for her helpless newborn.

Upon learning that her husband, Masum Ahmed, lacked the financial means to return to their home in Moulvibazar, Ansar members Abu Sayeed, Mehedi, and Moniruzzaman raised Tk 3,400 from their personal funds and local commuters to arrange transport for the distressed family to the Sayedabad bus terminal.

Later that afternoon at approximately 12:00 pm, duty Ansar member Md. Motiar spotted an eight-year-old girl, Amina Mahmuda, weeping alone on Platform-01 of the Motijheel Metro Rail Station. APC Sandip Chandra Howlader and station control personnel promptly notified the MRT Police, who verified the child's identity before handing her over to her relatives.

In a third incident around 4:15 pm at the Bijoy Sarani Metro Rail Station, Ansar member Mamun Sheikh located a lost young girl, Riya Moni, who had been separated from her father. The child was brought safely to the station control room, where staff established telephone contact with her father, Md. Raju, who returned from Farmgate to take custody of his daughter.
