Abantika's suicide : Proctor Deen Islam released on bail

Jagannath University (JnU) Assistant Oroctor Deen Islam has been released on bail who was arrested in connection with Abantika's suicide. However, another accused classmate Amman Siddiqui is still in jail.
OC of Cumilla Kotwali Police Station Md Feroz Hossain confirmed that he was released from Comilla Jail on Wednesday afternoon.
OC Md Feroz Hossain said, "Deen Islam was released on bail today on the order of the High Court. After noon we received the court order. He was later released from jail on bail. The family members have accepted him.
After Abantika's death in Jagannath University on March 17, assistant proctor Deen Islam and classmate Raihan Siddiqui Amman were arrested by the police on charges of instigating the suicide of her. The police arrested them that night.
