32nd death anniv of founder of Palashpol Adarsha High School observed

A discussion meeting, memorial service, and Doa Mahfil were held at Palashpol Adarsha High School auditorium on Thursday afternoon to mark the 32nd death anniversary of its founder Amjad Hossain Khan Chowdhury on July 31.
Presided over by Headmaster Md. Mominul Islam, the event was attended by Sheikh Masum Billah Shaheen, an alumnus of the school and member of the Satkhira District BNP, as the chief guest.
The program commenced with a welcome address by Sabina Khan Chowdhury, daughter of the late founder, who recalled her father's contributions. The founder's son, Mominur Hossain Khan Chowdhury, joined the event virtually from Australia as a special guest and promised to introduce a special merit scholarship program to support students and elevate the standard of education at the school.
Speaking on behalf of the teaching staff, Assistant Headmaster Md. Shamimur Rahman, Assistant Teachers Hemnath Sarkar, Suraiya Parveen, Priyanka Rani, Md. Aftabuzzaman, and former religious instructor Maulana Anwarul Hasan addressed the gathering.
Following the discussion, a special prayer was offered seeking eternal peace for the departed soul of Amjad Hossain Khan Chowdhury. The prayer was led by Hafez Maulana Mufti Habibullah Habibi, Imam and Khatib of the Khadijatul Kobra Jame Mosque.
The program was conducted by Assistant Teacher Israil Alam, with teachers, guardians, and students of the institution in attendance.
