Important decisions taken at Satkhira district law and order meeting meeting

The monthly meeting on district law and order held in Satkhira reviewed the overall situation of the district and took several important decisions. The meeting was held at the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner on Sunday morning, organized by the district administration. The meeting was presided over by Deputy Commissioner Ms. Kausar Aziz.
The meeting unanimously decided to take strict administrative measures to control mob and cybercrime, take prompt measures to resolve waterlogging in the city, progress in establishing model mosques, strengthen anti-drug campaigns, and increase discussions on providing moral education to students in schools and colleges.
The meeting, moderated by Additional Deputy Commissioner Md. Abul Hasem, was addressed by Satkhira-1 constituency MP Md. Izzatullah, Satkhira-2 constituency MP Muhaddis Abdul Khalek, Police Superintendent Abu Saleh Md. Ashraful Alam and Civil Surgeon Abdus Salam.
District BNP convener Rahmatullah Palash, BNP leader Abdur Rouf, and Satkhira Press Club president Abul Kashem also spoke, among others. Officials from various government departments of the district and representatives of civil society were present at the meeting.##
