3 pushed-in thru' Hatibandha border in Lalmonirhat, attempt to push-in 3 more

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has detained 3 people who were pushed in by the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) through the Bonchowki border in Hatibandha, Lalmonirhat.
Besides, the BSF is attempting to push in 3 more people through the Purbo Sardubi border in Borkhata Union of the same upazila. However, due to the resistance of BGB and local residents, the push-in attempt has not succeeded as of the time of this report.
On the morning of Saturday, June 14, BSF pushed in the 3 individuals through the Bonchowki border of Hatibandha upazila.
The detainees are: Shahidul Gazi, son of Mokbul Gazi of Satpota village under Kalaroa police station in Satkhira district; Amjad Molla, son of Kasem Molla; and Mamun Molla, son of Abdul Mukit Molla of Pateshwari village under Kalia police station in Narail district.
It has been reported that these 3 individuals illegally entered India through the Sultanpur border 10 years ago. Since then, they had been working as masons in Maharashtra and residing there. However, on Saturday morning, they were pushed in through the Bonchowki border of Hatibandha upazila by the Indian BSF. At that time, local residents captured them and handed them over to the BGB. Later, they were handed over to Hatibandha police station by the BGB.
Meanwhile, BSF is attempting to push in 3 more individuals through the Purbo Sardubi border of Borkhata Union in Hatibandha upazila. These 3 individuals are currently inside Indian territory. It has been reported that along with the BGB, local residents are also guarding the border to prevent the push-in.
Hatibandha Police Station OC Mahamudun Nabi said that the names and addresses of the individuals are being verified initially. Later, they will be handed over to their families.
