Basu Mia and Abdur Razzak are two brothers. They are freedom fighters. They live in Chikonchara village of Bagan Bazar Union of Fatikchari in Chittagong. Basu Mia is childless. He passed away about twenty-five years ago. A few years after his death, his wife also died.

But the third son of Abdur Razzak, Abdus Shukkur, has been enjoying himself as Basu Mia's son for the past ten years. He also worked for the village police of that union.

The investigation revealed that Abdur Razzak has three sons and three daughters of Chikanchara village of Bagan Bazar Union. Among them, the third son, Abdus Shukkur, produced a national identity card in 2008. In 2014, his uncle made childless Basu Mia another national identity card.

He has been collecting the freedom fighter allowance for the last ten years using this national identity card.

Two national identity card fraud investigations reveal sensational information. Capitalizing on two national identity cards, Abdur Sukkur went to Ban with Jal Warish Sanad of the Union Parishad, the only child of the childless freedom fighter deceased Basu Mia.

Due to which Abdus Shukkur has been withdrawing Basu Mia's inheritance allowance since 2015. The share of which goes to Union Parishad Secretary Bakhtiar Uddin, Shahidul Islam Bhuia, who assisted in the preparation of national identity cards, and Union Freedom Fighter Commander Elias.

In the investigation, it is also known that the assistant secretary of Election Commission, Nurul Islam Bhuiyan, is the elder brother of village doctor Shahidul. So he traveled freely to the election office using his brother's identity and sought help from various people in preparing national identity cards.

Bagan Bazar Union Parishad Village Police Abdus Sukku admitted the complaint and said, 'Earlier I had a national identity card. Later I made another one in the identity of my uncle as father. For this, an agreement of fifty thousand rupees was made with Shahidul Islam. Later I paid 2000 taka to Shahidul Islam, 5000 taka to Secretary Bakhteyar and 2000 taka to Freedom Fighter Commander Elias from monthly allowance.

Shahidul Islam Bhuiyan, the owner of the dual national identity card, denied the allegations and said, "We have a dispute over the property of Sukkur. So he is lying and spreading slander in my name.

Meanwhile, the late UP Secretary Bakhteyar recently issued another certificate without the signature of the Parishad administrator to save village police Abdur Sukkur. Where he has the signatures of himself, UP member Saiful Islam and female UP member Shahena Begum. UNO and garden market administrator said that this certificate did not comply with the rules. Denying the allegations, UP Secretary Bakhtiar Uddin said, I am not involved in any work of making national identity cards. He could not give any answer as to why he issued the certificate in violation of the rules recently.

Fatikchhari Upazila Election Officer Arun Uday Tripura said about the dual national identity card, 'His two national identity cards have already been closed. Investigation is going on in this regard. Legal action will be taken after receiving the investigation report and the decision of the higher authorities.

Fatikchari UNO and Bagan Bazar Union Parishad Administrator Md. Mozammel Haque Chowdhury said, I have received complaints about making two national identity cards, withdrawing freedom fighter's heir allowance and issuing irregular certificates. I am investigating the matter. Necessary action will be taken against those involved.
