 Professor Golam Rabbani,  a member of the Central Majlis-e-Shura of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, the party’s Rangpur District Ameer, and Member of Parliament for the Rangpur-5 (Mithapukur) constituency—stated that to build an ideal, civilized society, guardians and students must follow Islamic principles in light of the Holy Quran.

He made these remarks as the chief guest during the first session of the annual prize-giving ceremony for the girls' Hifz (Quran memorization) section of the Tanzimul Ummah Madrasa, held on Thursday morning at  Rangpur District Shilpakala Academy auditorium.

 The event was presided over by Dr. Mim Atiqullah, Vice-Chairman of the Tanzimul Ummah Foundation. Other speakers included Nurul Afsar Bhuiyan, Director of the Foundation; Principal Maulana Nazrul Islam Siddiqui, President of the Bangladesh Madrasa Teachers' Council (Rangpur Division); Professor Abul Kalam Azad of Carmichael College; and Principal Mohammad Obaidur Rahman, Chairman of the Joypur Union Parishad in Nawabganj Upazila, Dinajpur.

MP Golam Rabbani noted that the education provided at the Tanzimul Ummah Madrasa offers young students the opportunity to cultivate excellent character and become exemplary citizens. He remarked that the institution’s pedagogical approach fosters an environment conducive to the development of intellectual potential. 

The second session, held in the afternoon for the 'Pre-Hifz' section, featured Professor Maulana Raihan Siraji—Assistant Secretary of the Rangpur Metropolitan branch of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and Member of Parliament for the Rangpur-1 (Gangachara) constituency—as the chief guest. On this occasion, Prof  Maulana Raihan Siraji, MP, stated that Tanzimul Ummah is fostering a deep connection between our young children and the Holy Quran. To raise children as exemplary, honest citizens, they must be educated in the values derived from the Quran, while also acquiring contemporary, relevant knowledge.
