Public Administration Advisor to the Prime Minister and BNP Standing Committee Member Md. Ismail Zabiullah urged the youth to become entrepreneurs rather than chasing traditional employment, assuring full government support for young business initiatives.

He made the call as chief guest at the "Meritorious Students and Dignitaries Reception 2026" organized by the Greater Noakhali Welfare Association at the BIAM Foundation Auditorium in Dhaka on Friday.

Addressing the youth, Ismail Zabiullah advised students to dream big, work hard, learn from setbacks, and prioritize integrity and moral character alongside academic performance. He expressed optimism that future poets, scientists, administrators, and successful business leaders would emerge from the talented students of Greater Noakhali.

Touching upon regional challenges, the advisor noted that while Greater Noakhali faces issues like flooding, river erosion, waterlogging, and healthcare gaps, its human potential remains vastly superior. He urged established expatriates and prominent individuals from the region to extend financial and intellectual support so that no meritorious student loses opportunities due to poverty.

Speaking as special guest, State Minister for Planning Zonayed Abdur Rahim Saki stressed the importance of developing human resources with international-standard technical skills, empathy, and ethical values to navigate global technological advancements.

The event was attended by Financial Institutions Division Secretary Najma Mobarek, Social Welfare Secretary Dr. Md. Abu Yusuf, Planning Commission Member Dr. Monjur Hossain, BIAM Foundation Director General Md. Abdul Malek, National Board of Revenue Member Moazzem Hossain, Viqarunnisa Noon School and College Principal Majeda Begum, Eden Mohila College Principal Shamim Ara, and Greater Noakhali Welfare Association President Mirza Galib, alongside senior dignitaries and journalists.
