Worksop on public awareness on science, agriculture, environment, workshops and fruit tree planting in Kurigram

A science awareness workshop on agriculture and environment, fruit trees was organized by the Bhitarband Gyan Sindhu Youth Science Club of Nageshwari Upazila of Kurigram at 12 noon today at Bhitarband College.
Former Chairman of Bhitarband Union Parishad and President of Bhitarband Gyan Sindhu Youth Science Club Alhaj Aminul Khandaker Bachchu presided over the event, and Upazila Agriculture Officer Shahriar, Shri Prabhat Kumar Bhowmik Advisor Bhitarband Gyan Sindhu Youth Science Club, Faruk Hossain Ahmed Principal Bhitarband Graduate College, Mukti Mahmud Angur Principal Bhitarband Women's College, Mamunur Rashid Mamun Headmaster Bhitarband Girls High School, Anisur Rahman Anis UP Member Bhitarband, Mahmud Hasan Principal Light House International School, among others, were present as the chief guests.
At the time, the chief guest, Upazila Agriculture Officer Shahriar, said that to reach the forefront of development, this nation must strengthen science, agriculture, environment, and fruit trees.
At this time, Bachchu, president of the Gyan Sindhu Youth Science Club and former chairman of Bhitarband Union, said that through his own efforts, he has been establishing the club for a long time, distributing free books among the people and providing financial assistance to talented students.
Sadia Khatun, a 12th grade student who attended today's science awareness workshop on agriculture and environment and fruit tree seminar, said that we have learned a lot through this seminar, which we will try to use in real life.
