
One arrested with four kilograms of cannabis in Narail

Led by OC Ashiqur Rahman of Naragati Police Station in Narail, one person was arrested with four kilograms of cannabis.
A drug dealer named Md. Zillal Molya (50), involved in drug trafficking, has been arrested by Naragati Police Station of Narail District. The arrested Md. Zillal Molya (50) is the son of late Shamsul Haque Molya of Pakhimara village under Pahordanga Union of Naragati Police Station.
On Thursday early morning, he was arrested from the paved road in front of Kamal Sardar’s tea shop at the tri-junction (Tematha) near Pakhimara Madrasa, located in Pakhimara village of Pahordanga Union under Naragati Police Station. Based on secret information, under the supervision of Officer-in-Charge Md. Ashiqur Rahman of Naragati Police Station, Sub-Inspector (Unarmed) Rajib Pal Raju, Assistant Sub-Inspector (Unarmed) Md. Iqbal Hossain, and Assistant Sub-Inspector (Unarmed) Md. Noor Islam conducted a raid with the accompanying force and arrested Zillal Molya (50).
At that time, four kilograms of cannabis were seized from the arrested accused. In this regard, a case has been filed under the Narcotics Control Act at Naragati Police Station. The accused has been handed over to the learned court.
