Gopalganj Correspondent 

Under the initiative of Gopalganj Municipality, a Town Level Coordination Committee (TLCC) meeting was held. The meeting took place on Wednesday  at 11:00 AM in the municipality's conference room. 

The meeting was presided over by the Municipal Administrator and Deputy Director (Deputy Secretary) of the Local Government Department, Bishwajit Kumar Pal.

The meeting was conducted by the Municipal Executive Officer A.H.M. Rakibul Islam.

Participants in the meeting included:
Ward 3 & 4 Representative: Civil Surgeon Dr. Abu Sayed Mohammad Faruk Ward 14 & 15 Representative: LGED Executive Engineer Md. Ehsanul Haque Ward 1 & 2 Representative: Department of Public Health Engineering Executive Engineer Md. Fayez Ahmed Ward 10 Representative: Deputy Director (Acting) of the Department of Women Affairs Lakhsana Laki Ward 5 & 6 Representative: Deputy Director of the Department of Agricultural Extension Abul Kader Sardar Ward 12 & 13 Representative: District Education Officer Md. Ruhul Amin
Ward 9 & 21 Representative: District Primary Education Officer Ms. Jyotsna Khatun

Also present were the Municipal Executive Engineer Mehedi Hasan, Accounts Officer Sumonto Kumar Biswas, Cashier Biraj Kumar Biswas, along with other officials and employees of the municipality.

In the meeting, Municipal Administrator Bishwajit Kumar Pal said, “To deliver uninterrupted services at the doorstep of the people, everyone must perform their duties sincerely. Every ward must be monitored to ensure that citizens receive services without any harassment.”

At the end of the meeting, he expressed his thanks and gratitude to all participants.
