Upazila admin provides corrugated iron sheets, cash to domestic worker affected by fire in Rupsha

Two bundles of corrugated iron sheets and cash assistance of Tk 11,000 were provided to Mosha Romesha Begum, a domestic worker affected by fire, at the initiative of the Upazila administration in Rupsha on Saturday.
On May 8, Mosha Romesha Begum's house in Sriphaltala Union was burnt down. She lived in a house made of mats and plastic with 4 sons and daughters, including 2 disabled people, and worked as a domestic worker in other people's houses.
On the initiative of the Upazila administration, her dilapidated cottage that had been burnt down was visited and she was met. She was provided cash and corrugated iron sheets through the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief and the Upazila Parishad for building a new house.
