Rangamati Popular Diagnostic and Hospital has been inaugurated at 4 pm on Friday.
Rangamati Popular Diagnostic and Hospital was inaugurated by Rangamati Hill District Council Chairman Krishibid Kajal Talukder at Bijan Samarani Uttar Kalindipur in Rangamati town.
Speaking as the chief guest, District Council Chairman Krishibid Kajal Talukder said that health services in the hilly areas are very fragile. It is a matter of great joy to have a Popular Diagnostic and Hospital in Rangamati. When this hospital is fully established and benefits the people, then I will understand that establishing this hospital has been very good for the hilly area.
He expressed the opinion that the people here are economically weak. People should have the opportunity to get medical services at an affordable price at a tolerable level.
In his welcome speech at the event, Managing Director of Rangamati Popular Diagnostic and Hospital Md. Emran Hossain said, this hospital is not a medical center, it is a humanitarian initiative where every person will get reliable service and assurance. We are committed to stand by every patient through a modern medical system with skilled doctors and dedicated service workers.
At one point, the speakers at the event said, if you are sincere in patient service, then the people of Rangamati district will get quality and advanced treatment. To improve health services, doctors have to be more sincere.
At this time, the event was chaired by Rangamati Popular Diagnostic and Hospital Chairman Dr. Bijan Chandra Talukder and special guests were Lt. Col. (Retd.) Kirti Ranjan Chakma, former Civil Surgeon of Rangamati Dr. Uday Shankar Dewan, Chittagong Hathazari, Chowdhuryhat Popular Diagnostic Center, CEO Rajib Majumder.
