NCP leader Dr Atiq in Kurigram : We have not seen any change in our destiny in 53 years

National Citizens Party (NCP) Central Joint Convener Dr. Atiq Mujahid said, "We have seen many leaders in 53 years, but we have not seen a change in our fate. We want change. We do not want to see the politics of any brother. We want work, we want development."
He made these remarks at a view-sharing and discussion meeting at the party office of the NCP Kurigram district branch at 5 pm on Sunday.
Dr. Atiq Mujahid said, "It is not our business to see which party you join. We want to work together for the development of Kurigram. The people of Kurigram should be provided with jobs by opening a Bhutanese economic zone and textile mill in Kurigram. Local manpower should be appointed to various positions in Kurigram University. River erosion should be eliminated forever. We no longer want relief, we want to throw relief away."
NCP's organizational activities are in full swing in Kurigram, and a discussion and exchange of views on committee formation and party registration activities was held. The meeting, moderated by the party's district organizer Rasheduzzaman Towhid and chaired by Mukul Mia, was attended by, among others, central joint chief organizer Asadullah Al Ghalib, district organizers Advocate Abdul Barek, Asaduzzaman Sarkar, Mahmudul Hasan Jewel, and others.
The meeting was attended by various organizers and more than 500 people from the party from 9 upazilas of Kurigram.
