National Legal Aid Day celebrated in Bagerhat with colourful arrangements

With the theme 'There is no joy in conflict, compromise brother, Legal Aid is there, no worries', National Legal Aid Day-2025 was celebrated in Bagerhat with colorful arrangements.
Organized by the District Legal Aid, the program was inaugurated on Monday morning by releasing balloons and pigeons at the District Judge's Court premises, and a procession was taken out from the Bagerhat Court premises with music playing.
The procession circled a part of the Khulna-Bagerhat highway and ended at the court premises again.
Bagerhat District and Sessions Judge Md. Chief Judicial Magistrate SM Anisur Rahman, Deputy Commissioner Ahmed Kamrul Hasan, Government Counsel Mahbub Morshed Lalon, officials of the Justice and Executive Departments, members of the District Bar Association, members of the Lawyer Assistant Association, and officials and employees of various government and private offices participated in the procession led by Ashraful Alam.
Later, on the occasion of the Day, a blood donation program and a discussion meeting were held in the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner.
The speakers in the discussion meeting said that poor people will not be deprived of their justice. The government is by their side to provide them with all kinds of legal assistance. They called on everyone to work from their respective places to reach this message to everyone.
