Merit-based selection for embodied Ansar trainees held in Khulna, Barishal divisions

Thousands of young candidates from 16 districts across Khulna and Barishal divisions gathered at the 20 Ansar Battalion grounds in Khulna on Sunday to participate in a strictly merit-based and transparent selection process for embodied Ansar trainees.
The rigorous recruitment drive evaluated candidates solely on physical endurance and merit. All applicants had previously completed basic or advanced voluntary training within the Bangladesh Ansar and VDP organization, seeking formal embodiment into professional service.
The multi-tiered screening process subjected candidates to comprehensive physical evaluations, including height verification, medical checks, push-ups, side jumps, and high jumps, followed by written and oral examinations to assess cognitive ability. Organizers confirmed that final selection results will be transmitted directly to successful candidates via SMS.
Selected candidates will undergo a modern, three-month embodied Ansar basic training course. Upon completion, the trained personnel will be deployed to safeguard key government and private installations while assisting in maintaining public law and order.
