Lalmonirhat Protests Israeli Attacks on Gaza

Protest rallies and gatherings were held across all upazilas of Lalmonirhat district on Friday protesting the recent Israeli attacks in Gaza. After the Jummah prayers, local Muslims, political groups, and social organizations joined the protests.
In Lalmonirhat Sadar, a rally led by Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir started at the central Jame Mosque and ended at Shahid Minar. Protesters demanded international legal action against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel.
In Aditmari, a student group marched from the Court Jame Mosque to Chauringi intersection, calling for an end to Israeli aggression and global support for Palestinians.
In Kaliganj, locals organized marches after Jummah prayers, condemning the killing of innocent civilians in Gaza. In Hatibandha and Patgram, large rallies took place with participants chanting slogans against Israeli violence.
Speakers at all events urged the UN and Muslim nations to stop Israel’s military actions. They also called for humanitarian aid and safe zones for Gaza residents.
