The 13th National Parliamentary Election is a historic opportunity to establish the people’s right to vote and to end the politics of misrule and plunder. Voting for the Pineapple symbol in this election means victory for democracy and people’s rights.”
He said this while addressing as the chief guest at a views-exchange meeting on Thursday afternoon at Family Chinese in Loharpool, organized by Sutrapur–Gendaria Thana Labor Party in support of Bangladesh Labor Party’s nominated candidate for Dhaka–6 constituency, Mr. Rakesh Rahman.

We are working to strengthen the organization from the grassroots to the national level. I will work for the development of old dilapidated roads, expansion of education and healthcare services, increased employment, and expansion of business and trade opportunities. I am a son of Old Dhaka, I have always been by the people’s side and will continue to remain so. If I am nominated as the BNP alliance candidate, I will tirelessly work with the locals to ensure the victory of the nationalist forces. Inshallah, I will restore the heritage and dignity of Old Dhaka.”
