BNP forms new convening committee for Agriculturists’ Association of Bangladesh

BNP has formed a new convening committee for the Agriculturists’ Association of Bangladesh (AAB).
In a press release issued on Saturday night and signed by BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, the party announced a six-member partial committee for AAB.
Kamruzzaman Kaiser from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University has been made the convener, while Shahadat Hossain Biplob from Mymensingh Agricultural University has been named its member secretary.
Shahadat Hossain Chanchal from Mymensingh Agricultural University, Professor Abul Bashar from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, and Shafiqul Islam Shafik from Mymensingh Agricultural University have been appointed as joint conveners.
Professor Jamshed Alam from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University has been made a member (office in charge).
Earlier, on March 25, BNP dissolved the previous committee led by convener Rashidul Hasan Harun and member secretary Mostafizur Rahman.
The new partial committee has been asked to expand the body to 51 members within two weeks and submit the full list to BNP’s central office at Nayapaltan.
