KCC removes illegal encroachers evicted from roads, footpaths in Daulatpur, Khalishpur

Khulna City Corporation (KCC) has removed illegal encroachers from various roads and footpaths in Daulatpur and Khalishpur police stations on Thursday. The removal operation was conducted under the leadership of KCC Executive Magistrate Jannatul Afroz Swarna.Mahi Khan, the owner of Korean Juice and Fast Food on Jessore Road, was fined Tk 4,000 for placing a fridge and juice machine on the footpath during the removal of illegal encroachments, and Md. Rahmat, the owner of New Mohammadia Hardware, was fined Tk 5,000 for operating a business by placing hardware goods on the footpath. Illegal structures were also removed from various roads and footpaths.
KCC Estate Officer Gazi Salauddin and KMP police personnel participated in the removal process. This removal process will continue in the public interest.
