Farewell reception to friends organized by SSC 1982 batch 'Birasian' Lakshmipur
A farewell reception for friends was held at the initiative of SSC 1982 batch 'Birasian' Lakshmipur.
The reception was organized at Nurjahan Hotel in Uttar Temuhani, Lakshmipur Municipality on Saturday at 9 pm.
Advocate Wahid Uddin Chowdhury Happy, Vice President of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF), spoke as the chief guest at the event.
Prominent businessman AKM Rafiqul Haider and former principal of Lakshmipur Government College Muhammad Manjurul Rahman spoke as special guests.
The speakers expressed joy at the reunion of batch friends after a long time. They urged them to keep the bond of friendship intact and work for the society.
About 40 friends from the batch were present at the ceremony. Crests were presented to the graduates. Later, dinner was organized.
