Denial of Jamalpur Bar president's bail, lawyers boycot court

Advocate Aman Ullah Akash, President of the District Bar Association and the Vice President of the District Awami League, who was arrested in Jamalpur was denied bail and protesting this, lawyers boycotted the court on Tuesday afternoon.
Senior Judicial Magistrate Judge Mostafizur Rahman rejected the bail.
Adv Manjurul Kabir, a member of the Bar Association and a human rights activist, confirmed that the charges leveled against Akash sir are bailablesection act. But why he will not be bailed? It is more questionable.
An ordinary farmer can also get bail under this section. In that case there is also a matter of prestige involved as the President of the Bar. Moreover, Akash Sir Awami legue man but, as a person is good. But he did not harm anyone.

It is to be noted that, on February 3, Amanullah Akash was arrested by the police after leaving the Bar Council.
