Awami League is responsible for three massacres: Jamaat Ameer

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman today said the ruling Awami League of carrying out three major massacres in recent history, including the BDR carnage, the 2013 Hefazat rally crackdown, and what he termed the “mass killing during the July uprising.”
He made the remarks while inaugurating a two-day conference of Jamaat’s district and metropolitan leaders at Al-Falah Auditorium in Moghbazar.
"We had not been able to sit together like this in the last 15 years. In those years, countless people have been lost forever through enforced disappearance and murders," Shafiqur said.
He also said that many people had been forcibly removed from their jobs over the past 12 years, and only a few who had disappeared were able to return home.
