AB Party's founding anniv celebrated in Rangpur

On the occasion of the 5th founding anniversary of AB Party, Rangpur Metropolitan Branch organized various programs. As part of the program, a discussion meeting was organized at the local Town Hall Auditorium in the afternoon on Saturday.
Under the chairmanship of Rangpur Metropolitan Committee Convener and Cooperative and Rural Development Secretary of the Central Committee, Advocate Abdur Rouf, and AB Party leader Mahbubar Rahman's conduction, AB Party Central Committee Joint General Secretary Barrister Zobayer Ahmed attended as the chief guest in the discussion meeting. Barrister Sani Abdul Haque, another Joint General Secretary of the Central of AB Party and Rangpur Division Joint Organizing Secretary Abu Bakar Siddique were present as special guests.
Among the invited guests were Rangpur BNP leader Samsuzzaman Samu, Rangpur divisional coordinator of the State Reform Movement Advocate Raihan Kabir, AB Party Nilphamari district convener Liaqat Ali and Gono Odhikar Parishad leader Ashikur Rahman also spoke on the occasion. The chief guest said in his speech that the politics of the last 54 years will not continue now. Now Bangladesh will have to be built through new politics. He remembered the martyr Abu Sayeed's sacrifice with deep respect. In his speech, he called on everyone to join the AB Party to build a Bangladesh free from discrimination as dreamed by Shaheed Abu Sayeed.Among others, AB Party leader Professor Golzar Hossain, Mostafizur Rahman Ranju, Khelafat Majlis leader Touhidur Rahman Raju and local AB Party leaders were present on the stage. Earlier, a rally was taken out to celebrate the 5th founding anniversary. The rally circumambulated various important roads of Rangpur city.
