Adarsha Shikkhok Federation’s protest rally held in Rangpur

A protest rally of ‘Adarsha Shikkhok Federation’ was held in Rangpur on Saturday morning to achieve the 5-point demands of teachers of Non-government and Non-MPO educational institutions.
The rally was held at the Rangpur Public Library ground to achieve the demands of 50 percent house rent, 100 percent bonus,15,00 Taka medical allowance for teachers and non-MPO teachers and employees. The rally was presided over by Professor Golam Mostafa, President of the Rangpur Metropolitan Branch of Adarsha Shikkhok Federation.
The rally was moderated by Prof. Hafizur Rahman, the General Secretary of the Rangpur District Branch of the Adarsha Shikkhok Federation. Prof Ataur Rahman the adviser of Adarsha Shikkhok Federation, Anwarul Islam Kajal, Advisor of the Rangpur Metropolitan Branch, Prof Muhammad Abdul Gani, President of the Rangpur District Branch, Prof.Abul Hashem Badal, Advisor of the Rangpur Metropolitan Branch, Principal Nazrul Islam Siddiqui, President of the Rangpur Division of the Madrasa Teachers Council, Principal Abdul Gani, Pirgachha Upazila President Mokhlesur Rahman, President of the Ebtedayi Madrasa Teachers Council, Qari Muhammad Nurul Islam, and Rangpur Metropolitan President of the College Teachers Council, Prof Rezaur Rahman Reza, among others spoke.
Moshiur Rahman, Mafiz Uddin Sarker, Mostafizar Ranhman, Ashraful Alam, Abdul Mazid Miah, Aslam Hakim, Omar Faruk, Fazlul Haque Lilu, Aminul Islam and other eminent teacher leaders attended the rally.
After the rally, a huge protest procession circled the main roads of the city.
