A L leader arrested in Manda

Manda Police arrested an Awami League leader in the case in Manda on Sunday at 6pm, led by OC Mansur Rahman.
A special team of SI Sahidul Islam and ASI Mizanur Rahman, along with five members arrested him from the road adjacent to the Chakgopal School.
The arrested person is Saiful Islam (45) son of the deceased Asmat Ali of the northern neighborhood of the elder Beladah village of Kusumba union. He is the Joint Secretary of Manda Upazila Awami League and a member of the Awami League panel.
Confirming the matter, Manda Police Station OC Mansur Rahman said, "Awami League leader Saiful Islam has been arrested in a case of destructive and explosive law."
