Farmers' Congress held at Porsha

Partner Congress was held in Porsha, Naogaon during the current fiscal year under the Program on Agriculture and Ruler Transformation for Nutrition, Entrepreneurship and Resilience in Bangladesh (PARTNERS).
The day-long congress was held at the Upazila Parishad auditorium at 10 am on Monday, organized by the Upazila Agricultural Extension Department.
Deputy Director of the District Agricultural Extension Department Abul Kalam Azad spoke as the chief guest at the event, chaired by Upazila Executive Officer Md. Arif Adnan. Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Nabila Akhter was present as the special guest.
Upazila Agriculture Officer Mamunur Rashid delivered the welcome speech. Deputy Assistant Plant Protection Officer Abdur Rahman moderated the event. Deputy Assistant Agriculture Officer Niamat Ullah and others.
Upazila Livestock Officer Dr. Md. Jahangir Alam, Upazila Model Press Club President Amir Uddin Babu, journalists from various print media of the upazila, farmers from different areas and dignitaries were present at the time.
