3-day Agri Fair inaugurated in Jaldhaka

A three-day agricultural fair 2025 has been inaugurated in Jaldhaka, Nilphamari under the Rangpur Division Agriculture and Rural Development Project (1st Revised).
The inaugural ceremony of the agricultural fair was held on Tuesday at the open stage of the Upazila Parishad organized by the Upazila Agricultural Extension Department.
The meeting, chaired by Upazila Executive Officer Zaid Imrul Mozakkin, was chaired by the Chief Guest, Naser Mohammad Yakub, Operation Team Leader of Islamic Development Bank Bangladesh.
The special guests were Zakir Hossain, District Deputy Director of the Agricultural Extension Department, Nilphamari, Upazila Agricultural Officer Sumon Ahmed, Upazila Krishak Dal President Amjad Hossain, Press Club President Alhaj Kamruzzaman and agricultural officers from various departments.
Earlier, the Chief Guest inaugurated the Fair and inspected the stalls. Meanwhile, farmers brought agricultural products and manufactured goods to 30 stalls at the fair. Speakers at the meeting spoke on various issues related to agricultural development.
