World Children's Day, Child Rights Week inaugurated in Satkhira

With the theme "I will listen to the child today, I will work for the child", the week-long World Children's Day and Child Rights Week 2025 has been inaugurated in Satkhira.
 
 On Monday  at 11 am, the district administration and Bangladesh Shishu Academy Satkhira organized the inaugural ceremony at the Satkhira Sadar Upazila Parishad auditorium under the chairmanship of District Child Affairs Officer Md. Riazul Islam. 
 
District Primary Education Officer Md. Ruhul Amin inaugurated the event by releasing balloons and festoons as the chief guest. Acting Deputy Director of the District Women's Affairs Department Nazmun Nahar, Deputy Director of the Regional Passport Office Md. Ajmal Kabir, District Cultural Officer Faiza
 
 Hossain Anbesha, etc. spoke as special guests.
Satkhira Fire Service Office Deputy Assistant Director Dewan Sohel Rana, BADC Satkhira Zone Assistant Engineer Md. Ibne Sina, Sadar Upazila Primary Education Officer Md. Asaduzzaman, among others.
 
Sheikh Rafiqul Islam, Librarian of the District Shishu Academy, Data Entry Operator Md. Nasir Uddin and others. At that time, officials of the District Shishu Academy, children and guardians were present. The entire program was hosted by Sheikh Rafiqul Islam, Librarian of the District Shishu Academy were present.
