JnU female student harassed, 10 buses of Victor Classic Paribahan detained

Jagannath University (JnU) students detained 10 buses of Victor Classic Paribahan after a female student was harassed by a bus helper. The incident took place at 9.15 pm on Monday.
According to sources, a female student from JnU’s English department was harassed by the bus helper while boarding the vehicle at Gulistan. Despite informing other passengers, no one responded to her plea. Later, she shared the incident with her friends at the university, prompting them to detain multiple Victor Classic buses. However, the accused helper and the specific bus involved in the incident could not be found.
Regarding the incident, the victim’s friend Sifat Sakib said, "One of our classmates was harassed while boarding a bus in Gulistan. We couldn’t find the bus or the helper responsible for the incident. As a protest, we have detained 10 Victor Classic buses."
Describing her ordeal, the female student said, "We often hear about our sisters facing such harassment. I demand exemplary punishment for this act so that no other girl has to go through the same experience."
