A farmer died due to electric shock in Khona village of Pankhali union in Dacope Upazila of Khulna.
he deceased Milton Bakchi (26) is from Khona village of Ward No. 8 of Pankhali union. His father's name is deceased Dilip Bakchi. Local Union Parishad Chairman Sheikh Sabbir Hossain said, 'We believe that Milton Bakchi is a successful farmer.
After he came home after picking vegetables from the vegetable field, he got electrocuted at 4 pm while trying to open the electric line inside his house.
At that time, his wife came inside the house and saw him lying on the ground. Immediately, when people gathered at his cries, they immediately brought Milton Bakchi to the local hospital.
Dr. Sudip Bala, the on-duty doctor declared him dead. The incident has cast a shadow of mourning over the area.
